Mike Riveles

Mike graduated in 1995 from Arlington High School in Poughkeepsie, NY. At Arlington, he was a first team all-league and all-section selection as an outfielder. Mike attended Division One Pace University on a baseball scholarship. While at Pace, he earned first team Mid-Continent Conference honors as a relief pitcher. In addition, he was invited to play for the Front Royal Cardinals in the Valley Baseball League – a prestigious NCAA sanctioned wooden bat summer league. Following his senior year, Mike was signed by and played for the St. Louis Cardinals organization. He also played for the Springfield Capitals of the Independent Frontier League. Mike has a Master's degree in Physical Education and Sport Pedagogy from Manhattanville College. Currently, he is a physical education teacher and coach at the Stanwich School in Greenwich, Connecticut.
